We believe that health care is a basic human right. It must be available, Coordinated and provided in a comprehensive way, combined with other human services when appropriate. Home health care is an important part of the continuous health care system and should be provided in the most cost-effective way possible.

SCSI and staff operate and deliver services in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes and regulations, including a higher standard of ethical conduct as the cornerstone of our success and leadership.   To the best of our knowledge, abilities, and belief, anchored on our Quality Improvement Program and personnel professional practices, the services we provide comply with recognized acceptable healthcare standards world-wide.
